Goebbels, still alive and kicking in the womb of Indian media, will finally die when Modi becomes PM.

This is not the first time this award is coming to India and no media celebrated the earlier awards too...

but I wonder who initiated this award since no self nomination is allowed..

"Nominations have to be made by another entity than the institution being nominated, i.e. self nominations will not be accepted. Eligible nominators include: Government departments and agencies; universities, non-governmental organizations, professional associations, etc. Purely scientific innovations, e.g. in medical or environmental science, do not qualify for the United Nations Public Service Awards."

Bihar and Gujarat have shown that governance is what people want...Modi is any day better than scamsters and stupid politicians like Digvijay Singh.
