HOW IS THAT THE GOVT APPOINTED COMMISSION REPORTS GET LEAKED?
RAM PRADHAN REPORT IS ALLEGED TO HAVE LEAKED TO THE PRESS IN MUMBAI.
LIBERAHAN COMMISSION REPORT IS ALLEGED TO HAVE LEAKED TO THE PRESS IN DELHI.
EARLIER SRIKRISHNA COMMISSION REPORT WAS ALLEGED TO HAVE LEAKED .
ALL THESE ALLEGED LEAKS TOOK PLACE BEFORE THE REPORT WERE PLACED IN THE ASSEMBLY OR THE PARLIAMENT.
ALL THESE REPORTS WERE VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE BASES OF DEMOCRACY IN INDIA AND IMPORTANT FOR JUSTICE SYSTEM IN INDIA.
IF AND WHEN YOU FIND AN ANSWER TO THIS MYSTERY,PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW-I WILL BE GRATEFUL.

There is no mystery here. Petty political calculations supersede everything else. When did we last hear of a commission that was not politically motivated?
It is indeed a mystery which the best of detectives or intelligence agencies may not be able to solve. Perhaps they leak when the guardian slips into the washroom for his leak? Maybe. But then dont these leaks take place after years of not tabling the report, while we citizens await endlessly for the announcement - they find it has leaked. Viola!
